Creating your PT+ account


Once you've successfully installed PT+ on your Android phone, tap the Step 2: Sign up for PT+ button in your invitation email.

When you first open PT+ on your phone, you’ll be greeted by a set of welcome screens. This is a limited beta trial of PT+ and we are committed to assisting you and your care provider while improving PT+ as a product. We collect data on your treatment, progress, and use of PT+ so that we can build a better system. This information is shared with your care provider to assist your treatment, but nobody else. We will not provide any of your personal information to another party unless compelled to do so by law.

To start using PT+, create an account with your name, date of birth, and a password. Your name and date of birth will identify you to your care provider, so they should match the information you provided to the clinic.

Once you’ve created an account, you’ll see an empty exercises screen that will be populated with activities during your first PT+ physical therapy appointment.
