Troubleshooting


I’m having trouble signing in
Try using the same capitalization in your email address as when you signed up, so if you signed up as Janedoe@mail.com, don’t use janedoe@mail.com. As always, type your password carefully.

If you’ve forgotten your password, use the email address associated with your PT+ account to request a new password.
I didn’t receive an invitation email
First, check your junk mail folder. Halterix PT+ invitation emails sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it, tap the request a link from your clinic link from the PT+ sign in page. Be sure to select your clinic from the drop down list.
My invitation link doesn’t work
If a practitioner or admin in your clinic has already created an account and set up your clinic, they can send you a new invitation link using the PT+ Clinic Web Portal.

Otherwise, please contact us.
I can’t find PT+ in the Play store
Search the Google Play Store for Halterix PT+ or click this link.
I’m having trouble installing the app on my watch
Make sure your watch is paired with your phone and PT+ is installed on your phone. Then install PT+ on your watch.

If you already have exercises assigned to you in PT+, there's another way to download to your smart watch: Tap Record on any exercise. If you're watch is connected to your phone, PT+ will attempt to push the application to your watch, and you'll see a notification to download PT+ on your Google OS watch's main screen.
I don’t have any exercises assigned
Your care provider has not assigned any exercises for you yet. Your therapist will normally assign exercises during your first appointment after you've signed up for and installed PT+.
My exercises changed or disappeared unexpected
Try refreshing your exercises by pulling down on the “Exercises” screen.

Your physical therapist may be modifying your exercise routine.
I’m having trouble connecting my watch
If the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your smart watch isn't working, here are a few things to try:

1. Check to see if both devices are adequately charged up. Sometimes phones go into low power mode and will no longer make a Bluetooth connection.

2. Check to make sure Bluetooth is active on your phone.

Why do I need to recharge my phone/watch when it still has power left?
PT+ relies on data collected from your Wear OS device to evaluate your exercises. We want to be sure to collect data from your complete exercise routine, so we make sure your watch has enough juice left to record a whole set of exercises.
Text-to-speech settings
Halterix PT+ uses text-to-speech technology from Google to guide you through your exercises. You can adjust the volume of the voice with your phone’s master volume setting.
